NKey Responsibilities:

- Monitor IRDAI regulations, circulars and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation. N
- Provide compliance advisory to Business and support functions. N
- Review products, processes and business documents for regulatory compliance. N
- Manage IRDAI correspondence, regulatory reporting, queries and inspections. N
- Conduct compliance monitoring, identify gaps and track Compliance Action Plans (CAPs) to closure. N
- Maintain compliance policies, SOPs, registers, trackers and governance documentation. N
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs. N
- Support audits, regulatory reviews and strategic compliance initiatives. N

nKey Requirements:

- n
- 6–7 years of experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs / Risk / Legal Compliance. N
- Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Insurance Act and corporate governance. N
- Insurance/Health Insurance experience preferred. N
- Robust Excel, PowerPoint, drafting and documentation skills. N
- LLB / CS / CA / MBA preferred. N
