- Generate leads for sales of residential units.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the lead.

- Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms.

- Assist customers to secure bank loans and ensure timely disbursement from the bank.

- To update all customer data and transactions in C4C.

- Channel Partner engagement and generating current leads.

- Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
