Manage and achieve branch-level gold loan sales and business targets.
Generate new customers through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and local market activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote gold loan products, explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and other services.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into gold loan business.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, agents, and referral partners.
Monitor daily sales activities, customer follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and KYC requirements.
Coordinate with branch operations and credit teams for smooth and timely loan processing.
Monitor competitor activities and identify recent business opportunities in the market.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking sales preferred.
Good knowledge of gold loan products and the local market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Target-oriented with good business development skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Qualification: Graduation preferred.
