Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our BPO Voice Process / Customer Support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and maintaining good customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer queries professionally.

Provide accurate information and solutions.

Maintain customer satisfaction and call quality.

Update customer/call details in the system.

Achieve daily quality and productivity targets.

Skills Required

Good English and Tamil communication skills.

Positive listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer-friendly attitude.

Good problem-solving ability.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Freshers are welcome.

Previous BPO/voice/customer-support experience is an advantage.
