Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar standards, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Welcome guests and provide friendly, skilled service.
Understand the menu and assist guests with beverage recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation and service.
Handle bar equipment safely and responsibly.
Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage.
Ensure all beverages are presented according to the required standards.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
Follow applicable food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service practices.




Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks.
Maintain accurate records of bar stock and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good grooming and personal hygiene.
Knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
