We are looking for a creative and skilled Fashion Designer Assistant to join our boutique, Shrusti Creation.

The selected candidate will assist with designing and developing garments according to customer requirements and the boutique's design style.

Responsibilities:

Assist with creating recent fashion designs and design sketches.

Help with fabric selection, colour combinations and design details.

Take and record customer measurements accurately.

Assist with pattern making, cutting and garment construction.

Coordinate with tailors to ensure designs are made correctly.

Assist with fittings and make necessary design adjustments.

Help with embroidery, embellishments and other finishing details.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs.

Keep track of ongoing orders and ensure designs are completed on time.





Support the day-to-day fashion designing activities of the boutique.

Requirements:

Knowledge of fashion designing and garment construction.

Positive understanding of fabrics, measurements and patterns.

Creativity and good attention to detail.

Ability to work with tailors and handle customer requirements.

Good communication skills.

Previous boutique/fashion-designing experience is preferred.

Freshers with relevant fashion-designing skills may also apply.
