Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email as per the process.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.
Handle complaints and escalations effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
