Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a qualified service experience.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians for timely vehicle delivery.
Keep customers informed about service status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
Make service appointment calls and follow up with customers.
Conduct post-service follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/service systems.
Handle customer feedback and coordinate with the service team for resolution.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in automobile service/customer relationship management preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude and good follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
