Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our on-ground and field marketing initiatives. In this role, you will lead local marketing activities, drive customer outreach, coordinate promotional campaigns, and establish key local partnerships to expand our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Field Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground marketing activities, local promotional drives, and field events across assigned territories.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Engage directly with prospective clients, businesses, and local partners to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.

Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate local vendors for marketing materials, banners, flyers, and event setups to ensure timely campaign deployment.





Territory Coverage: Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, gather local market insights, and identify potential growth areas.

Reporting & Tracking: Track daily field metrics, campaign performance, and lead data, providing regular reports and actionable feedback to management.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in field marketing, sales outreach, or direct marketing roles.

Communication: Robust interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-Solving: Robust negotiation skills, adaptability, and a robust drive to meet performance targets in a field environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive fixed salary based on experience + Incentives.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
