Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help generate new business prospects and build solid client relationships.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify and connect with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
Maintain lead and client information in CRM.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
