Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples as per standard procedures.
Perform routine laboratory tests and investigations accurately.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Follow SOPs, quality-control procedures, infection-control practices, and NABH standards.
Maintain proper records of test results, samples, QC, and equipment logs.
Ensure timely reporting of laboratory results.




Monitor laboratory consumables and maintain adequate stock.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling/disposal of biomedical waste.

Qualifications & Skills:
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
Relevant laboratory experience preferred.
Knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample handling, and quality control.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in shifts.
Freshers with relevant qualification may also be considered.
