Job Description for HR Trainee

Position:- HR Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Handleend-to-end recruitment activities as per business requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.
Screen CV s and conduct initial candidate discussions.

-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Followup withselected candidates until joining.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and files.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Support HRMIS and employee data management.
Coordinate HR and basic administrative activities with departments.
Handle other HR responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graduation or a related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
