Inspect raw materials, fabricated components and finished crane assemblies.
Check crane fabrication, dimensions, alignment and welding quality as per drawings.
Conduct inspection of EOT cranes, gantry cranes and other material-handling equipment.
Monitor welding, assembly, painting and electrical quality.
Conduct functional and load testing of cranes.
Identify quality issues and prepare NCR/corrective action reports.
Maintain QC inspection reports, checklists and quality records.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase and Service departments for quality-related issues.
Ensure customer specifications and approved drawings are followed.
Support ISO documentation and quality improvement activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
