Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone, email, or in person.
Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, admissions procedures, deadlines, and requirements.
Schedule and conduct campus tours and admissions interviews.
Attend and represent the school at local and regional recruitment events, fairs, and open houses.

Application Process Management:
Assist prospective students in completing their applications and ensure all required documents are submitted by deadlines.
Review application materials for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain and update student records in the admissions database.
Provide timely follow-up with applicants and families.

Admissions Communication:
Communicate regularly with applicants and families throughout the admissions process to ensure they are well-informed.




Send acceptance, rejection, and waitlist notifications in a qualified and timely manner.
Work with marketing teams to ensure effective communication of school programs, admissions procedures, and updates.

Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the Director of Admissions and other staff to develop recruitment strategies and improve the admission process.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as open houses, campus tours, and interviews.
Maintain and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on application status and trends.

Relationship Building:
Foster positive relationships with prospective students, families, and key community organizations.
Act as a liaison between the school and families, addressing concerns and answering questions about the admissions process
