The ideal candidate should preferably be CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Executive or CS-qualified, with robust practical experience. A CS background is particularly helpful for MCA/ROC/company-law compliance, while a CA/CMA background is stronger for GST, TDS, income tax, accounting and financial compliance. For your model, the best candidate is someone with 3–7 years of hands-on experience in a CA/CS firm or compliance consultancy, because they will already be accustomed to managing many companies simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
