We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport & Facility Manager to manage the school’s transportation, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and overall facility operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily transportation operations, buses, routes, and schedules.
Supervise drivers, bus attendants, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Ensure secure and timely student transportation.
Monitor buses and GPS tracking.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and required documentation.
Manage the overall maintenance and upkeep of the campus.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance work.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and hygiene standards.
Handle transport issues, maintenance complaints, emergencies, and breakdowns.




Maintain records of vehicles, staff, maintenance, and expenses.
Support the administration during events and other activities.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in transport, facility, or operations management.
Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Knowledge of vehicle and general facility maintenance.
Ability to manage staff, vendors, and emergencies.
Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
