We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling customer queries, explaining our products/services, and guiding interested customers towards suitable courses/services.
Note: This is a sales profile, but there will be NO hard sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle customer queries and follow up with interested leads.
Build good relationships and maintain skilled communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve basic performance expectations without hard sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain basic daily reports of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
