We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to manage the digital presence of Ochaa and Oconnections. If you understand social media trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and can turn ideas into reels, stories and campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars for both brands.
Develop creative concepts for Reels, Stories, static posts and campaigns.
Handle day-to-day posting and management of Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
Plan, coordinate and assist with content shoots.
Shoot basic photo/video content using a smartphone and coordinate with photographers/videographers when required.
Write engaging captions, reel scripts and social media copy.
Stay updated with current social media trends, trending audios and content formats.
Cover events, community activities, launches and collaborations in real time.
Coordinate with influencers and content creators for barter and paid collaborations.
Manage basic community engagement, including comments, DMs and customer interactions.
Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports and insights.
Work closely with the design,



operations and management teams to execute campaigns.
Brainstorm campaigns to increase reach, engagement, footfall and brand awareness.

Requirements
0–1 year of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing. Freshers with a robust portfolio may also apply.
Positive understanding of Instagram, Reels and current social media trends.
Robust communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Ability to write engaging social media copy.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar editing platforms is preferred.
Comfortable attending and covering events when required.
Ability to independently manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.

Someone who is creative, trend-aware, organised and comfortable experimenting with content. You should be able to understand the personality of two different brands—Ochaa and Oconnections—and create content that builds an active and engaging online community.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
