Handle recruitment for Sales, Pre-Sales, Telecaller, Team Leader, and other real estate staff.
Source candidates, screen profiles, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters and complete joining formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documents.
Coordinate monthly salary and payroll processing with the accounts team.
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
Industry Preference:
Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate Industry will be preferred.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
2+ years HR experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
