Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth, productive, and patient-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.
Ensure proper implementation of hospital SOPs and policies.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
Identify prospects to increase revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Monitor department-wise performance and prepare regular reports.
Handle patient complaints and operational issues effectively.
Conduct regular department reviews and follow up on pending issues.
Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and hospital infrastructure.
Coordinate with management for implementing operational and business strategies.
Ensure compliance with hospital quality and safety standards.
Salary:30k-50k
