Shift-in-charge – Medical Glove Manufacturing Unit

A leading glove manufacturing unit is urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Shift in charge for their Head Office at Ernakulam.

Educational Qualification :
B-Tech / Diploma in Polymer Technology / Chemical Engineering / Graduate in science

Experience : 5 - 10 years of experience in a glove manufacturing Company.

Experience in the glove industry is a strong advantage (A+).

Duties:
Monitor production activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines.
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
Carry out basic fabrication and mechanical works as required.
Maintain all production-related documentation, machine logs, maintenance records, shift reports, and checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.




Be willing to perform all production-related duties as assigned.
Producing the product of the specified quality, by optimizing the processes, machinery and men.
Recording all the activities undertaken in his work area, in his shift.
House keeping and other related activities in the department
Stock control and flow of materials.
Plotting of Statistical Process Control (SPC charts), process average, temperature and dust concentration etc.
Preparation of shift reports

Key Skills Required
Valuable troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation skills.
Willing to work in shifts and take responsibility for production operations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
