Lead and manage interior projects from planning to final handover.
Plan project schedules, timelines, resources, and execution strategies.
Manage and coordinate site teams, designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Coordinate all interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.
Monitor material procurement, deliveries, and site inventory.
Identify and resolve site and execution issues efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and agreed timeline.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and requirements to clients and management.
Manage project handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion.




Lead and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

10–15 years of experience* in interior project management and site execution.
Robust experience in residential/commercial interior fit-out projects.
Excellent knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.
Ability to read and coordinate architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
Solid understanding of BOQ, estimation, measurements, costing, and billing.
Excellent team management, vendor coordination, and client-handling skills.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and project management tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
