Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for customers at our jewellery showroom.

The ideal candidate should be young, smart, well-presented, friendly and confident, with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly with a smile and “Vanakkam.”
Understand customer requirements and preferences.
Guide customers to the appropriate jewellery section/counter.
Ensure customers are comfortable and offer refreshments.
Introduce customers to the relevant Sales Executive and communicate their requirements.
Stay available throughout the customer's visit and provide assistance whenever required.
Periodically check on customers to ensure they are comfortable and properly attended to.
Assist customers during billing and delivery.
Give customers a warm and courteous farewell and encourage them to revisit.




Identify and report customer concerns or dissatisfaction to the Manager.
Maintain an active and attentive presence on the showroom floor.

Requirements
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front-office roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident and proactive personality.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
Basic understanding of billing and customer service processes.
Well-groomed and qualified appearance.
