Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
Plan and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
Create, schedule and publish Posts, Reels, Stories, Shorts and other social media content.
Research trending topics, content ideas, hashtags and competitor activities.
Coordinate with Video Editors, Designers and Content Creators for content development.
Write engaging captions, descriptions and hashtags for social media content.
Handle YouTube uploads, including titles, descriptions, keywords and basic YouTube SEO.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience interactions.
Track views, reach, engagement, followers and subscribers.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Develop content strategies to improve brand visibility, audience engagement and online growth.
Ensure consistent branding and communication across all social media platforms.
