Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle, from booking confirmation to possession and handover.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding documentation, payments, construction updates, possession, and handover.
Ensure timely issuance and completion of allotment letters, agreements, demand letters, payment receipts, and other customer documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, Construction, and Possession teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Monitor payment schedules, outstanding dues, cancellations, transfers, and other account-related matters.
Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
Track customer complaints, service requests, and escalations and ensure timely closure within defined TATs.
Conduct regular customer communication through calls, emails, meetings, and project updates.
Coordinate possession activities, including documentation, inspections, snagging, and final handover.
Prepare and monitor CRM MIS, customer dashboards, pending cases, ageing reports, and escalation reports.




Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements.
Manage a team of CRM executives and monitor their performance and productivity.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referral opportunities.
Maintain compliance with company policies, contractual commitments, and applicable real-estate regulations.

Key Skills

Positive understanding of property documentation, payments, possession, and handover processes.

Robust coordination skills across multiple departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
