Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Accounting Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training in accounting, taxation, and accounting software while helping students develop job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classroom and practical sessions in Accounting and Finance.
Teach Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Auditing.
Provide hands-on training in Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments and study materials.
Train students using practical accounting and real-world business scenarios.
Conduct tests, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students with practical projects, internships and career preparation.
Support academic activities, workshops, seminars and student orientation programmes.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation and industry practices.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance.




Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Knowledge of SAP FICO / Zoho Books / QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Robust classroom management and student mentoring skills.

Educational Qualification
M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of teaching/training experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Industry professionals with strong practical accounting experience may also apply.
