Role: Account Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, banking coordination, and financial documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, handling import-related financial processes, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, banks, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage accounting records using Tally Prime, including purchase, expense, and sales entries
Prepare sales invoices and E-Way Bills for all sales transactions
Process vendor and customer outstanding statements and follow up on receivables
Prepare and process payments (Cheques, RTGS, NEFT) after management approvals
Coordinate with banks for transactions, visits, and documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC) and imports
Prepare stock statements and coordinate with stock yard/warehouse teams
Liaise with clearing & forwarding agents for import-related financial processes
Support auditors during tax audits, GST audits, stock audits,



and finalization of accounts
Maintain proper financial documentation and MIS reports as required by management

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Word, Excel, and basic office tools (PDF, scanning, documentation)
Basic knowledge of GST, E-Way Bills, and banking procedures
Robust understanding of accounts payable & receivable
Positive coordination and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
[2+ Years] of relevant experience in finance and accounts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
