We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, maintain CMDB accuracy, ensure compliance, support audits, and drive asset governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets,



including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB records for hardware, software, and infrastructure assets.
Perform asset reconciliation with procurement, finance, warehouse, and ITSM systems.
Coordinate with vendors for asset procurement, warranty management, repairs, and replacements.
Monitor asset compliance, audits, licensing, and risk management activities.
Manage stock, warehousing, RMA, asset deployment, refresh, and disposal processes.
Prepare asset utilization, inventory, compliance, and financial reports.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and asset governance best practices.
