About The Opportunity A rapid-scaling AI and enterprise automation firm in India, we empower HR and compliance teams with intelligent, large-language-model (LLM)-driven operations that ensure regulatory adherence, reduce risk, and streamline policy enforcement across global teams. Our platforms use generative AI to auto-flag compliance gaps, audit workflows, and generate audit-ready documentation—transforming HR from reactive to proactive.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI-augmented HR compliance workflows including policy alignment, documentation audits, and gap remediation.
Train and refine LLM models to detect regulatory deviations in employee communications, onboarding docs, and HR records across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with legal, security, and HR teams to embed compliance guardrails into operational AI tools.
Design automated audit trails and generate compliance dashboards using structured LLM outputs and RAG architectures.
Own KPIs for compliance coverage, false-positive rates, and remediation cycle time—reporting directly to Ops & HR leadership.




Conduct quarterly model validations and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy for local labor laws (India + global).
