Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and converting a qualified sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business development principles, including chance assessment, sales planning, and revenue growth strategies.
Solid Communication skills,



with the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Good network in any one or more of the following industries - manufacturing , automotive,pharmaceuticals,food industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru and willingness to engage in client meetings, demos, and occasional travel as needed.
