AR Collection and O2C Specialist / Lead ((7+Years)

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Credit Collections, O2C, preferably B2B with a strong track record in managing customer accounts, collections, and receivables follow-up.

· Good in AR Collection, O2C with hands on experience in Financial Tool and Databases

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

· Strong customer-centric and stakeholder-focused mindset, demonstrating the ability to build positive relationships while ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

· Experience in handling collection-related queries, dispute resolution, payment follow-ups, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.





· Ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and manage challenging conversations in a skilled and solution-oriented manner.

· Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills to drive collection targets and reduce overdue balances.

· Versatile and adaptable to work from the office and capable of collaborating effectively within a team setting.

· Willingness to work in multiple shifts, including rotational and business-required schedules, to support global operations and stakeholder requirements.

· Preferably immediate joiner.
