Accountant – Full Time | Pune Office

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for a smart, efficient and experienced Accountant for our Pune office. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent working speed, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance independently.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Accounting entries and reconciliation in Tally Prime
Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries
Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Preparation and maintenance of accounting records
GST working, reconciliation and return-related documentation
Basic knowledge of Income Tax and TDS
Vendor and customer account reconciliation
Preparation of MIS and reports in Advanced Excel
Coordination with CA/consultants for statutory compliance
Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records





Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Tally Prime
Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, etc.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax
Positive understanding of accounting principles
Fast and accurate working speed
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Education: B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification

Employment: Full-Time, In-office

Location: Pune

Candidates who are proficient in Tally Prime and Excel and can independently handle routine accounting and compliance work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
