Key Responsibilities
Finance & MIS (Primary Focus)
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel.
Track and update operational and logistics expenses.
Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation.
Maintain expense trackers and financial records.
Analyze Cost-to-Sales (%) and other basic business metrics.
Support management with data analysis and reporting.
Basic Logistics Support
Maintain logistics cost trackers.
Update shipment and delivery reports.




Maintain 3PL dispute trackers.
Coordinate with logistics partners for follow-ups.
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must know:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
SUMIF/SUMIFS
Basic formulas
Data formatting
Basic understanding of:
Finance
Accounting
Expense tracking
Invoice handling

What are we looking for We are looking for a Finance & MIS Intern with solid Excel skills and basic understanding of finance and accounting. The intern will assist in preparing MIS reports, tracking expenses, supporting invoice reconciliation, and maintaining logistics-related financial data.
