We are looking for a Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, invoice entries, payments, receipts, bank transactions and other routine accounts-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Enter daily purchase, sales, receipt and payment transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Verify purchase bills and supporting documents.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
Assist in customer payment follow-up and outstanding statements.
Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
Assist with TDS-related accounting work.
Prepare and maintain daily/monthly accounting reports.
Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers and financial documents.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks and other departments when required.
Support the senior accountant and management in day-to-day accounting activities.





Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Valuable knowledge of purchase and sales entries.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
1–5 years of experience in Accounts / Finance.
Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or fabrication company will be an advantage.
