About the Role

Mulmul is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Accessory Designer with a robust foundation in handbag design, hand embroidery, and bag construction. You’ll work closely with the design and production teams to develop accessories that blend craftsmanship with functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Design handbags and small accessories aligned with the Mulmul aesthetic.

Create design sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs.

Develop embroidery concepts and collaborate with artisans during sampling.

Ensure proper bag construction, functionality, and product quality.

Source materials, trims, and hardware for collection development.

Stay updated on accessory trends, materials, and techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accessory Design, Leather Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

0–2 year of experience.

Robust knowledge of hand embroidery, bag construction, and product development.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and valuable communication skills.
