Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B; operations and service standards.
Drive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns.
Monitor revenue, costs, budgets, and profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop F&B; teams.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions and revenue initiatives.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
9+ years of F&B; experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
Proven leadership experience in multi-outlet operations.
Solid business acumen, people management, and guest service skills.
