BIM Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for developing and managing BIM 4D models, clash detection, installation sequencing, and coordination to support construction and site installation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop BIM 4D animations to demonstrate installation sequences and project timelines.
Perform BIM clash detection and conduct clash/timing review sessions.
Coordinate with process, facilities, construction, and site installation teams.
Support installation scenario planning, change management, and issue resolution.
Work with stakeholders to track and close BIM-related actions.
Use LiDAR scan data for BIM modelling and project coordination.
Link BIM metadata with other data platforms when required.
Analyse complex BIM/design issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
