Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Backend Executive to support VIANET’s day-to-day accounting, documentation, collections, reconciliation and business operations.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working with numbers, Excel, accounting systems and coordination across customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting and backend records
Customer and supplier ledger reconciliation
Follow up and track outstanding payments and collections
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and related documentation
Assist with GST-related documentation and accounting compliance
Bank reconciliation and payment tracking
Maintain purchase, sales and expense records
Assist in claim, scheme and incentive reconciliation
Coordinate with sales teams for pending documentation and collections
Maintain reports and MIS in Excel / Google Sheets
Assist with stock,



billing and commercial documentation
Support management with periodic financial and operational reports

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Positive Excel and Google Sheets skills
Robust attention to detail
Comfortable following up with customers and internal teams
Valuable written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills Tally, Excel, GST basics, reconciliation, accounting documentation, MIS reporting and collections management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
