Roles & Responsibilities
Shift:6pmto 3AM.
The role focuses on managing client relationships, understanding business needs, driving platform adoption, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong client experience.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication, stakeholder management, analytical and logical reasoning skills, with hands-on exposure to Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, AdTech/SSP, HTML, data analysis, APIs/integrations, and tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
Manage multiple US-based client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Develop a solid understanding of client accounts and their business objectives
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss requirements, priorities, and challenges, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Stay updated on newly launched product features and identify relevant opportunities for clients.
Work closely with Product, Technical, Support, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve client queries.
Translate client requirements into clear action items for internal teams to ensure requirements are well understood and addressed effectively.
Conduct monthly business reviews with eligible clients to share account performance, key updates, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Education
510 years of experience in US Client Success / Account Management.

Experience working with SaaS / Email Marketing platforms.
Good understanding of APIs and integrations.
Experience with tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
