We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy for all our clients.
Daily client communication in order to take requirements and deliver deliverables on time.
Work with Graphic designers and get the creative and collateral work done.
Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
Develop social media campaigns
Define KPIs for social media campaigns
Update social media content across all channels
Engage with customers and followers
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite, etc.
Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained




Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a robust network
Develop content or get it done by content developers
Keep an eye on social media trends
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

Skills and Qualifications
Experience in creating social media strategies
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Craft engaging content
Organized and able to multitask
