We are looking for an experienced Architecture Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings and documentation for residential, commercial, institutional and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
Develop detailed drawings based on architectural concepts and design intent.
Prepare construction details, door/window schedules, toilet details, staircase details and other architectural details.
Develop drawings in CAD as per project requirements.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.
Incorporate revisions based on client, consultant and site requirements.
Assist architects in preparing presentation and tender drawings.
Review drawings for dimensional accuracy and coordination before issue.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams wherever required.
Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions and documentation.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in CAD.
Positive understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
Positive understanding of working drawings and site coordination.
Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with experience in consultancy / contracting / architectural offices preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
