DESIGNATION: Sales Coordinator EXPERIENCE: 1 Year IN-HAND MONTHLY: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

WORK DESCRIPTION
Attending customer inquiries, generating quotations, sales orders, delivery instructions and purchase orders, and resolving customer queries.
Assisting the Business Development Team — checking the client database and maintaining confidentiality.
Preparing various MIS reports, analysing reports, and highlighting significant changes or updates in sales or team development to the Management.
Coordinating with vendors to obtain accurate rates of products for the organisation.
Sharing purchase rates with the Business Team.
Offering competitive and accurate quotations to customers.
Following up with clients and vendors for purchase orders and delivery status.
Following up with the logistics team for dispatching material to site on time.
Sending reminder letters to clients for recovery of payments.
Following up with customers for recovery of payments.




Ensuring client ledgers are received from Business Executives and analysing those ledgers.
Reporting daily delivery status to the Business Team.
Handling disputes related to short payment, late payment, rate difference, etc.
Submitting an internal memo in case of genuine payment deductions.
Assessment will be done by the Business Executive and Business Head on completion of every quarter.

KEY RESULT AREAS
Preparing and submitting MIS reports.
Maintenance of database and confidentiality.
Preparing accurate quotations and sales orders.
Customer service.
Sending reminders for outstanding payments and recovering money.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
B.Com or any graduate.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office and Tally.
Robust oral and written communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
