Ristara Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based food business operating restaurant and food brands across multiple locations, with a focus on quality, operational excellence, and authentic regional food experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Verify vendor bills against PO, GRN, approvals, and supporting documents before payment.

· Review employee expense claims through Zoho Expense.

· Verify and reconcile petty cash expenses across outlets and departments.

· Check GST, TDS, invoice details, and correct expense classification.

· Track vendor payments, pending bills, employee reimbursements, and advances.





· Perform vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

· Support month-end Accounts Payable closing and reporting.

Requirements

· B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

· 0–1 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting.

· Positive knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting basics.

· Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

· Experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Expense preferred.

· Robust attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
