Role & Responsibilities
Support the RGM in managing daily restaurant operations and achieving business targets.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.
Monitor inventory, wastage, cash handling, manpower, and shift operations.
Handle customer concerns and support the RGM in achieving sales and profitability targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate preferred with 2+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
Candidates with prior Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager experience preferred.
Solid team handling, leadership, and communication skills.
Customer-focused with valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and rotational shifts.
