Job Summary:

We are hiring a Boutique Manager with 3–6 years of retail leadership experience to drive store sales goals, lead customer service standards, supervise retail staff, and oversee inventory in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall boutique operations, set weekly sales targets for team members, and track performance.
Maintain high-end customer service standards, cultivate VIP buyer relationships, and handle customized orders.
Oversee merchandise receiving, stock replenishment, periodic stock takes,



and loss prevention.
Plan and organize store visual displays, window arrangements, and seasonal promotional events.

Requirements:
3 to 6 years in fashion retail or boutique store management.
Store administration, team leadership, POS billing, stock auditing, and visual merchandising.
Graduate in any discipline; Fashion Management background is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
