Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant as per SOPs.
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts.
Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules as required.
Monitor service standards and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure food and beverage quality is maintained according to company standards.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, bar, stores, and other departments.
Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage, pilferage, and operational losses.
Assist with inventory checks and stock-taking.
Support cash handling, billing, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.




Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job guidance and training.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant staff.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Prepare or assist with daily operational reports.
Support promotional activities and special events organized by the restaurant.
Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, fire, and food-safety procedures.
Step in for the Restaurant Manager during their absence.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action in coordination with management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
