This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The role will involve maintaining accurate financial data, supporting monthly and year-end closing activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of accounting processes.

Qualification
Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
Experience in preparing and maintaining Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and supporting financial reporting.
Experience in handling vendor quotations, invoices, payments, and vendor account reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems, with experience in Oracle NetSuite preferred.
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis,



and maintaining financial records.
Experience in monitoring outstanding receivables/payables and following up on pending payments.
Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely and proper documentation of financial transactions.
Good understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, with hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting activities.
Candidate must have positive communication and organizational skills.
