We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor to handle student counselling, admissions, lead follow-ups, and course guidance for our education and skill-development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and understand their education and career goals.
Handle admissions for IELTS, PTE, OET, French, German, Spanish, Digital Marketing, Nursing, and other skilled courses.
Explain course structure, duration, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Follow up with enquiries and convert potential leads into admissions.
Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student details.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches and student requirements.
Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.




Build positive relationships with students and provide support throughout the admission process.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Admission Counselor is required.
Experience in an education institute, language institute, IELTS/PTE centre, or skill-training institute will be preferred.
Excellent communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
Valuable command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, social media leads, and MS Office is preferred.
