Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and managing computer systems and networks to ensure effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain hardware/software.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Perform backups and data recovery.
Maintain logs and documentation.
Assist with system upgrades and training.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (associate’s degree preferred).
Experience in computer operations.
Familiarity with operating systems and hardware.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
