Salary:
Freshers : 13,000 to 15,000 Take-Home + Incentives
First 3 Months: Up to 30,000 Take-Home + Incentives
From 4th Month: Salary will increase based on performance
Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
Coordinate with the internal team and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
